Shipping Information

Shipping charges for all 50 states and Puerto Rico are $5.95 for one item, $6.95 for two, $7.95 for three, $8.95 for four, and $9.95 for 5-20 items. Please contact us for quotes on larger orders. Shipments are sent via a trackable carrier (UPS, USPS) and normally arrive within 4-10 business days.

International rates are calculated during checkout. Please allow 10-20 business days for international shipments.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Refund and Returns Policies

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

In order for you to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of issue of the RMA number.

No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.

Please include the following information with your return: 1. Full name and address 2. Phone number 3. Original Order Confirmation Number (if available) 4. The reason for returning the merchandise 5. RMA number

Once we receive a return from you (with all of the proper information), we will notify you of your refund (less any restocking or shipping fees if applicable).
